Zuhair Murad Haute Couture Fall Winter 2014 Collection

Can I have them ALL!!?? WOW this Fall Winter Collection from designer Zuhair Murad is so so beautiful and amazing. I mean have you seen the detail, the colors, the embroidery. It's simply stunning and I'm pretty sure just like me you will fall head over heels with each and every one of the pieces. The Lebanese couturier presented his Fall/Winter 2014 creations at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Murad served up satin shawl collars and slick tuxedo pants as a nod to men's evening wear, but on the whole this was red carpet, leg and light bulb flashing, lady of leisure stuff, as was to be expected. Models in heavy kohl eyeliner with slicked back hair walked the runway to Son Lux's "Easy," showing off a series of heavily-worked fabrics cut close to the body.

 

You will notice that there were some interesting touches with asymmetric elements (pleats twisted over hips and a webbed effect in crystal embellishment) and loose zebra stripes of sequins which fell into abstraction as they tumbled down gowns. Murad relied on his usual design influences, which worked their way to the surface from the start. Color wise, the mostly monochrome opening pieces gave way to gowns with multicolored hippyish prints and palettes, then blocks of blues and pinks.

Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall Winter 2014 Collection

Hello Dolls!

 

Lets keep Celebrating the best of fashion from Haute Couture Week in PARIS!!  Today I wan to to show you my favorite pieces from Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall Winter 2014 Collection.  Elie Saab is a self-taught fashion talent born back in 1964.  After opening his atelier in 1982 he was invited to be a part of Haute Couture Week in Paris on the year 2000. As you will see trough hes designs Saab magnifies femininity by working with fine materials and delicate embroideries with outstanding quality.  As usual, the Lebanese designer delighted us with a beautiful and feminine collection. As always, he went above and beyond by presenting his usual lace, embroidery and transparencies that make hes creations, delicate jewelry couture pieces.  The 2014 Fall Collection is build using simple designs but always maintaining a form of sophistication.  Saab Dazzles with his intricate detail and strong dense of beauty.  I don't know about you but I'm in love with the detailing of this collection.  As you will see hes specialty is the ultimate dress that highlights a woman's silhouette.  Trust me you will love each and every piece of this amazingly beautiful collection.
