Today I feel like Beauty and Fashion Wednesday!! Therefore, I want to talk about one of my current obsessions!!!  Just as the characters in the Pulp Fiction movie, the folks at Urban Decay refuse to do anything half way. The new limited-edition “Pulp Fiction” Collection is ultra-cool and and ultra-glam, just like it’s muse…Mrs. Mia Wallace!  Where you expecting anything less from Urban Decay??

 So I must admit, when I first heard about the Pulp Fiction Eyeshadow Palette, I was afraid the colors might be hard to wear. SHAME ON ME, I should have known better! Inspired by Mrs. Mia Wallaces’ edgy look in the film, this palette contains 5 eyeshadow shades that are beautifully neutral and wearable.  And any eye palette that comes with a good quality makeup bursh is a must for me.
 They’re crazy pigmented and long-lasting.

 

Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner ($19)

 

I'm not the glitter eyeliner girl.  I like really black and matte eyeliners.  However, I can definitely appreciate the way that it pops an eye look. This Gunmetal eyeliner is a black base with black and silver sparkle. And believe that when I say sparkle, that’s not an understatement!

 

 

Pulp Fiction Revolution Lipstick ($22)

I'm a FAN of Urban Decay Lipsticks.  If you follow me on Instagram you may now I'm addicted and totally in love with my Rush Revolution Lipstick. Also I'm a sucker for Red tone lipsticks.  This new Revolution Lipstick pays homage to Mrs. Mia Wallace with a deep, blood-red shade that can only be described as amazingly stunning. This creamy lipstick has amazing color-payoff in a must-have shade for Fall. Seriously, if you buy one lipstick for Fall, it should be this one. Bold and beautiful!




Pulp Fiction 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil ($20)

With year I have become a lip pencil fanatic.  Lip pencils help your lip color stay longer, preventing from bleeding and make your look have a perfection accent.  This one is an exact match to the Mrs. Mia Wallace Revolution Lipstick. With Vitamin E, Jojoba and Cottonseed Oil, this lip pencil isn’t drying, like so many are. Good way to intensify the look and wear of the lipstick.



The Pulp Fiction Nail Color ($15)

I'm a fan of all thins red!! This nail color is another must-have for Fall. A gorgeous deep red shade with a micro-shimmer, I love the wearability and durability of this nail polish. This is not a shade you’ll regret buying–it’s seriously beautiful. Urban Decay has “dressed up” the bottle for this collection; instead of the silver cap and skull, it’s black. Love!

It's celebration time and everyone celebrates a 25th anniversary in their own special way.  This time M·A·C is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Simpsons with a makeup collection. The Simpsons™ Collection pays homage to Marge, blue hair and all. 

I’ve always believed that there is no one better than M·A·C to interpret pop culture through makeup. As they have done in the past with iconic collections like Hello Kitty, the Marilyn Monroe Collection, Archie’s Girls and the latest one Maleficent, M·A·C reigns supreme.

 

The Simpsons Collection brings a touch of whimsy and nostalgia with product names like “Beehive Blue” and “Lisa’s Spikes”.  I received samples of M·A·C The Simpsons Collection to preview and the first thing to hit you is the brilliant colors. The eyeshadow quads are so vibrant!! For me, the quad that is most wearable is Marge’s Extra Ingredients Quad; the violet, navy, bright blue and pink shades can definitely be used to make an eye look that pops without being over the top.  But of course its nice ans super fun to play with all 4 colors and mix it up.  And  if you want to really amp up the look, get the 7 Lash eyelashes and experiment with a new fun and extravagant look. And lets face it, how fun are the bright nail stickers?
